You're at the top of a hill, on a 3-acre property lush with palm trees, fruit trees, many tropical flowering trees, and flowers. You have your own private entrance, via your own gated terrace. Peace, quiet, tranquillity. There’s a view of Lake Arenal, far below. 
You walk down the long driveway and are on the road along Lake Arenal, lined with huge trees. It's a 10 minute walk, or one minute drive, to Tronadora. You’re 20 minutes by car to Tilaran. If you just need one bedroom, you can take the one-bedroom option. Or there is the 2-bedroom option. One bedroom has its own private powder room. Both share the main bathroom.
t's a beautiful neighborhood, ideal for people who want peace and quiet. It's an ideal writer's retreat or artist's retreat, or for anyone who wants time to relax. Everyone's favorite restaurant is Las Brisas, which is in San Luis, a 5-minute drive away. There's lots else, from Monteverde to Nuevo Arenal to La Fortuna, and much more. One of the lovely things about the area is that the temperature tends to be between 22 and 28 Celsius - 71 and 82 Fahrenheit. It’s about 1000 feet above sea level, so much cooler than by the coast.
