The Development team makes great efforts to minimize the effects of construction on guests, however, we cannot guarantee that absolutely no activity will be visible or audible due to the variable nature of construction. No changes, refunds, or discounts will be provided due to construction.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of US$500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
