I built and designed this house myself. This house is built to meet the comforts needed to live in a hot and humid tropical climate. I live here all year round and I know all the secret spots, best restaurants to eat at, boats to take across to the osa peninsula, whale watching, horseback riding. There is a waterfall hikes all available when staying here at casa Suenos. I have surf lessons available and surfboard rentals. I can get you around if you don't have a car with A 4x4 suzuki Jimney with surf rack as well. I can also provide two and from the Golfito airport.
Bring cash upon arrival to rent the house, no atms in town.
This house is surrounded by jungle that is elevated and gets a cool ocean breeze not felt at sea level creating a micro climate.
It is a hundred feet above sea level or thirty three meters which gives a amazing ocean jungle view. Yet, it is very close to the beach with in a 5 minute walk. The location gives you the feeling of living in the mountains but pressed up next to the beach.
You are able to hear the ocean and walk to it in just moments. A very rare gem of a location here in Pavone's many desire to be at.
