Reservations are not accepted for group events or parties, such as bachelor or bachelorette parties or other events that disturb other guests rest.

Property Access: Only guests and visitors registered during check-in will have access to the hotel. All guests must present valid identification. The minimum age to check-in is 18 years old, and minors must be accompanied by their parents. The property may apply additional charges for additional guests depending on the accommodation conditions.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of $250 USD is required upon arrival and can be made by credit/debit card, cash or bank transfer. This deposit will be refunded upon inspection of the accommodation, subject to the policies of the card-issuing bank.

Refunds: Any refund will be made to the same payment method used for the reservation.

Data protection: The hotel does not store or share guest card information with third parties.

Non-smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited in all public areas and rooms. This includes tobacco and vaporizers. Failure to comply incurs a $250 USD cleaning fee.
