Secluded house nestled in the mountain surrounded by prestine jungle, amazing wildlife and a 180 degree view of the pacific ocean. House with an open plan concept with high ceilings and enough ventilation between the roof and the walls that it feels very confortable inside. Is a modern tropical design with 3 bedrooms. Sleeps confortable 6 people. A path, easy to walk, will take you from the property through the jungle to the river were you will find 2 nice big Waterfalls to swim and relax.
I was born in Peru and my wife is from Argentina. We are both doctors working in Canada and just finished building our retirement home in the Jungle of the south pacific coast of Costa Rica. I have a property manager who will meet you at the highway and show you the way to the house. They will wellcome you, open the property and make sure you are confortable. You will be able to contact them if there is a need and they will also check you out. We also help arranging a number of excursions and activities as well as private chefs, etc
Most of your neighbours will be Canadians, Americans and Germans but you will feel that you are alone due to the topography of the area. The property is situated 3.5 hs drive south from SJO airport through very good highways. You will definetely need a 4X4 vehicle to get there due to the last 4km in the mountain.
