Villas Kalei is a little piece of paradise surrounding by nature in Playa Grande, Guanacaste. Our property has 4 Villas, Community Kitchen, Community Salt Water Pool and a couple of relaxing areas. Our goal is to help our guests to have a relax, fun, stress-free Vacation. We would love to have you and your family here at Villas Kalei, Playa Grande, Guanacaste. Pura Vida !! Our Private Boutique Hotel consists in four modern eco-friendly Villas managed by its owners with a passion to make your stay memorable. Our Villas has been individually design with a minimalist concept, details that may be tiny but thoughtful with a luxury feel, finding a balance between private and shared spaces, Allowing nature in ! We are located only 3 minutes by car from Playa Grande Beach or 15 minutes walk depending on your pace. At Villas Kalei we believe in contributing to preserve the environment, supporting our community, nature and wildlife. Villas Kalei is committed to minimizing our impact on the planet, we do it by using environmentally-friendly products, organic soap, shampoo and conditioner hand made in Costa Rica, non-toxic cleaning supplies. We promote water, power conservation and recycling. We look forward to meet you !! PURA VIDA !!

Neighbourhood information

Playa Grande, Guanacaste is internationally popular as one of Costa Rica best surfing spots also belong to Marine National Park Las Baulas which protects Costa Rica’s most important nesting site of Leatherback Sea Turtles. Just a 3 minute drive from Villas Kalei you can enjoy a beautiful beach with fine pale sand backed by a coastal vegetation. Playa Grande beach has a sandy bottom and waves big enough to surf, but not big enough to prevent a comfortable swim. On the northern end of Playa Grande Beach a trail behind the rocks leads to Playa Ventanas, a pristine beach that offers tide pools for snorkeling and bathing. Playa Grande is not too far from Waterfalls, Hiking Trails, Rincon de la Vieja National Volcano Park, Canopy and more, also great restaurants.
