This special space is close to mini-markets, restaurants, barbecue, bar, shops, barbershops, (pharmacy and bank 4/5 minutes walk), which makes it easy to plan your visit. We are 5 minutes from the airport (by car).

We like to socialize with guests and help them in everything we can so that they have a pleasant stay full of good memories. However, we like to give them their space so that they feel comfortable and at ease.

The area in which the property is inserted has a typical and genuine view of the historic center of the city, with an ambience of low cércea center houses. The close coexistence with the neighbors allows to give an identity and a traditional and vernacular nature to the space. Endowed with the housing area, and small local shops that make the area with its own movement, with its own dynamics, maintaining all the essence of a traditionally historical street.
