Company information

We do private management of four apartments located in the Las Rochas Condominium . By clicking on the specific ad, you can see the photographs of each apartment and their view. Before booking please note that the wifi is only available in the common areas of the building (garden with plants just at the entrance of the building) and not inside the apartments. We will be responsible for your check in and check out and we will receive the payment, . We will be at your complete disposal for anything you may need and we will be happy to to serve you in the best way possible.

Property information

Wecome to Cape Verde! We are Francisco - Cape Verdean - and Elisa -Italian - and we live in São Vicente Island. We are a couple and we work together in the real estate agency AMICV - Mediação Imobiliária Cabo Verde, LDA. We always try to welcome our guests with professionalism, seriousness, integrity and a smile on our face. Elisa lived in Italy, Portugal and Belgium. She graduated in International Relations and likes travel, books, foreign languages and cats. She works in an NGO and, whenever possible, helps Francisco doing the management of the Las Rochas Apartments. Francisco lived in Italy, is a lawyer and likes to get along with people. Our work will not be possible without the help of Elisangela and Dionisia, the cleaning ladies who are careful that the apartment is always clean and cozy.

Neighbourhood information

The apartments are located in the residential area of Lazareto, located 30 minutes walk from the center of Mindelo and a five minutes drive. To go to Mindelo you can use taxis, that are really cheap: in the apartment you will find a list of reliable taxi driver contacts. Taxi to Mindelo during the day will cost 250 cve and during the night 300 cve If you want to rent a car, we will be happy to put you in touch with a rent-a-car with which we collaborate. Lazareto is an extremely quiet area and still under development: it is an ideal area to rest and relax listening to the sound of the ocean from the balcony of the apartments. You will find here a small supermarket located in the Condominium Las Rochas, small local shops and two typically Cape Verdean restaurants. If you whish more variety, you can easyly get toMindelo, where you will also find a greater choice of restaurants, bar and live music,
