Our home is part of a new construction development (completed in 2023), offering modern design and updated finishes in a peaceful, growing neighborhood.

All bedrooms, including the living room is equiped with airconditioning.
Both Bathrooms have hot water for showering.
We provide fast, reliable Wi-Fi (150GB), making remote work, streaming, or staying connected with loved ones effortless. The spacious backyard offers room to relax outdoors.

Electricity usage policy:
Electricity usage (20 Kwh per day), water (0.4 M3 per day) and garbage collection are included in the nightly rate based on normal consumption.
We will measure the electricity (kWh) and water meters at check-in and check-out to calculate usage accurately.
In the rare case that utility usage goes significantly beyond normal levels, an additional charge of USD 0.50/kWh may apply at check-out. We’ll always provide proof and communicate clearly before doing so.
Exciting Update: A brand-new swimming pool is currently under construction and is expected to be completed and ready for guest use by October 2025! This new feature will enhance your stay with even more opportunities to relax and enjoy. We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy it soon!

Casa Wechi is located approx 8 minutes away from Sambil Shopping Mall and is 9 minutes away from Flamingo Habitat Parking (Bullenbaai). 12 minutes away from Kokomo Beach, Blue Bay Beach. 13 minutes away from Downtown (otrobanda & Punda) and around 30 minutes away from the most popular natural beaches on the NW of the island. (Cas Abou, Lagun, Jeremi Beach, Knip, Playa Kalki).
Important to note:
While the neighborhood is still under development, you will not be bothered by noise. Construction is minimal and rarely noticeable. We can confidently say it’s a very quiet and tranquil area. You’ll enjoy peace and privacy throughout your stay.
