These apartments operate entirely online, eliminating the need for a physical reception area. Once all the necessary guest information is provided in compliance with Czech law, along with the completion of the payment process, access codes to the apartments will be send via email shortly before the scheduled arrival.

The alternative is to visit our central Reception at the Hotel "Palác U Kočků" (Palace At the Cats) which is 1 minute away on foot.
