L'hotel Plaza Alta és a 20 minuts de l'aeroport i està ben comunicat amb l'autopista D8. És a 3 minuts de l'estació de tren i metro de Holesovice. El nucli antic i els principals llocs d'interès són a pocs minuts en cotxe, metro o tramvia. Les habitacions tenen aire condicionat, internet sense fil gratuïta i minibar. Les habitacions executive inclouen serveis addicionals, com ara una ampolla d'aigua mineral gratuïta en arribar, instal·lacions per preparar te i cafè, barnussos i tovalloles addicionals i una gran varietat d'articles de tocador.
