Located in the historic centre of Prague, only 800 meters from the Old Town Square, Hostel Downtown offers affordable dormitory and private accommodation with free WiFi Hotspot, a communal lounge and 3 computers.
All of the rooms at Downtown are simply furnished with modern shared or private bathrooms. Every day we organize free walking tours of Prague and offer tickets for the popular pub crawl - an unforgettable evening in Prague's bars. Depending on availability, our volunteers organize various activities such as park visits, museum tours, karaoke, cooking etc.
Hostel Downtown is a place where you can easily meet other travelers in the shared lounge or relax after a busy day exploring Prague.
A shared kitchen is also available for all guests. Guests can exchange money in an exchange machine situated in the hostel.
Národní Třída Metro Station is 300 metres from the hostel. Wenceslas Square and Charles Bridge are a 10-minute walk away. The National Museum is 15 minutes’ walk from Downtown Hostel.
Guests can make use of the luggage storage and laundry facilities. The property also features a 24-hour front desk.

Please note that the Hostel has a special holiday program on 24 December - guests can join a walking tour of the city centre and the Christmas Markets, followed by the preparation of a traditional Christmas dinner and Czech traditions.
When booking rooms for groups of 12 or more guests, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Please also note that children under 10 years of age will receive discount for the breakfast (EUR 3).
