A magical place on the banks of the Malše river, surrounded by forests, in the foothills of the Novohradské mountains and near Římov reservoir. A large meadow on which the guesthouse is located gives you the feeling of space, freedom and privacy. The newly built apartments will then provide the luxurious facilities with outdoor seating on the terrace. Ideal for families with children, groups of friends and partying, cycling and also for romantic couples seeking peace in nature
We are a family-run guest house and most of the time we will be available in the House. We consider our guests as friends who are staying with us. We are interested in their stories and background and in return we can share our stories and if would you wish we can introduce you to the authentic local environment and happenings. We love the place where we live, so we will be happy to give you an advice for trips to visit interesting places in the near and distant neighbourhood and we can even lend you bicycles and maps.
f you are looking for peace and quiet and you have a sense of restrained beauty and romance of the Czech countryside, with us,you will be in the right place and you will appreciate the incredibly powerful genius loci. We offer comfortable rooms with a terrace with a view of pine forests, blooming meadows and sparkling river around and evenings under the stars (around there is no public lighting or busy roads), with the smell of smoke from the campfires and the sound of guitars from a nearby cottage-settlements.
