The flat is on the ground floor of our 3 story house, located above the Sasava river in Central Bohemia. Completely private, separate entrance with a small outdoor sitting area. Newly renovated, sunny South West facing flat/apartment with river and forest views. Facilities: One bedroom (king-size bed), bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. Fully equiped kitchen (self catering), comfortable living room. Free wi-fi, Bose internet radio sound system. Smart TV with popular/common apps pre installed - Netflix and chill! Ideal for couples looking for romantic getaway in the Czech countryside. Baby cot and bedding available on request for 250CZK per day. Due to the scarcity of good quality food and fresh produce in the area, we are happy to arrange for food and drinks to be delivered (Tesco online and Rohlik) and your fridge to be stocked pre arrival, please DM us for details. Location: We are located 40 km east of Prague (on the D1) and we are easily accessible by train - there is an hourly service from Prague, the station is a 2 minute walk away. Minimum 2 night stay. Regretfully, no pets allowed
Renata is an artist, a designer and a keen gardener. Fleunt in both Czech and English.
The beaches of the Sasava river are on your doorstep. Forest walk; trails, mountain biking, paddleboading, swimming, fishing, canoe trips, loads of heritage sights - we have it all, and there is a friendly local pub a short walk away. In the village, there is a shop that sells basic provisions. Regular train service from Prague 2 minute walk to the station.

We wanted to bring your attention to a recent update regarding electricity usage during the heating season (September through April) on our booking.com page.

To ensure transparency, it's important to note that the cost of electricity is 0.20 Euro/5 CZK per kilowatt of energy consumed, rather than a fixed charge of 0.20 Euro/5 CZK per stay.

To accurately calculate the energy cost, we will take a photo of the electricity meter both at check-in and check-out. The electricity fee will be settled in cash during your checkout.

For your comfort, we have installed new wall-mounted electric heaters in the apartment to keep you warm during your stay.
