Exceptional new atrium complex in ecological timber construction with wood pellet heating. 4 houses, which are connected with arcades, a large atrium piazza was created inside. Elevator underground parking All apartments can be reached barrier-free and are barrier-free themselves. Real wood parquet, high-quality equipment, fully equipped kitchenette, floor-level shower Each apartment is equipped with its own transfer station. Here the hot water is heated directly in the apartment - so we are legionella-free. 1 café for total use
