This bright, modern apartment is fully equipped and is waiting for you even with some extras like cable TV, WiFi, Netflix and Amazon Prime! Sleeping room is equipped with a large martial bed, and there is also a possibility to depart the sofa in the living room so you get more place to sleep! There are anti-burglar blinds in the living- and bedroom so you can enjoy the evening without any disturbing sounds from the neighborhood!
In that cozy, middle-sized (45m2, 2 Rooms Kitchen and Bath) Apartment you can feel yourself at home! Flat contains sleeping room with cozy martial bed so that the couples can feel comfortable. The living room is equipped with a sofa, there you can also find a fold-up bed for the smallest guests. The apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building located in the center of Holsterhausen, not far from the Essen Central Station, Essen Trade Fair and University Hospital of Essen. The Apartment is just for your private use as a guest. Additionally there is a possibility to wash your clothes in the laundry room, where the washing machine is located. You can use it whenever you want and it’s costless. You can get the code for the keys to laundry room just by contacting me!
