This former winegrower's house from the late Baroque period is a listed gem that was extensively renovated and modernized in 2024. It combines the charm of historical elements with modern comfort. Highlights: - Historic chandeliers and lovingly restored details. - Baroque courtyard with coach house for shared use. Room layout and furnishings: First floor - Living room: Comfortably furnished, ideal for relaxing. - Kitchen: Fully equipped, with a dining area for up to 4 people. - Bathroom: Large rain shower, WC and a cozy seating area. - Authentic hallway with newly laid tiles and an impressive oak staircase dating back to the Baroque period. Upper floor - Master bedroom: Spaciously designed with a box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a cozy sitting area. - Direct access to: - Walk-in dressing room. - Bathroom: With stylish bathtub, WC and washbasin. - Second bedroom: With pull-out sofa bed (1.35 m x 1.94 m), ideal for use as a children's room, guest room or study.
