You will stay in a spacious, lively and bright room with lots of windows and plants. The atmosphere may remind you more of a beach vacation than a city break, as there is a large aquarium with lots of fish in your room. You can expect a 75-inch flat screen with all the comforts, such as Netflix, DAZN or a PS3. You sleep on a self-built platform-like king-size double bed (180x200cm) with plenty of storage space for luggage underneath. Of course, there is also a closet for all your clothes. You are also free to use anything you find in the room, be it the tea or alcohol bar, medicines and sanitary items or books that may appeal to you. Furthermore, the apartment offers everything you need, you have your own fridge and can of course use everything you find in the kitchen. There is a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, syrup bar, sandwitch maker and so on. All at your free disposal. There is also a small balcony with an electric barbecue, which you are welcome to use for barbecuing and smoking. A bathroom with rain shower completes the vacation. However, you should be aware that you are not booking the entire apartment for your private use. The bathroom and kitchen with balcony are shared areas. There are other private rooms, which means that the shared areas are also used by other people.

The apartment is located directly on the S-Köpenick, perfect for the start of a big city vacation. In the immediate vicinity is the Forum Köpenick, the Alte Försterei with FC Union and the phenomenal old town with castle, town hall and water as far as the eye can see. A lot of restaurants are around your area. Get to know the green side of Berlin and fall in love with perhaps the most charming facet of all.
