This approximately 65 m² ground-floor apartment is located in a detached house and offers space for up to 4 people or 5 guests if at least one of them is a child under 10 years of age. The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living area with a cozy, fold-out leather sofa and a modern flat-screen SAT TV. A dedicated workspace with a desk and chair is also available, making it ideal for business travelers or anyone needing to get some work done. In the large bedroom, you'll find a comfortable double bed, while a small bedroom is equipped with a single bed. An additional child or baby bed is available upon request. The fully equipped, separate kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It features an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, and all standard kitchen utensils. A dining table for four people is also available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. A separate laundry room provides a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment has underfloor heating and Wi-Fi. Free public parking is available in front of the house or on the street.
