At 2,1 km from city center and close to E45, you will find a beautiful apartment in the heart of Randers. This two-room apartment is absolutely perfect and well-arranged home with everything you need. The apartment is located on the first floor and outside you can freely use the building's green common area and the fine parking facilities. There is also public transport just around the corner, and in just seven minutes you can go to the nearest shopping opportunity. You step into the home's entrance/hallway, which has the nice advantage of being equipped with a built-in cupboard for, shoes and outerwear and verry carefully decorated. From here you are led further into the apartment's regular living room environment, which is in open connection to a bright, two-sided kitchen. In the living room you are greeted by an extendable sofa with a chaise longue where you can enjoy your favorite movie on a flat screen TV with a good resolution, in a vibrant and comfortable atmosphere. You also get a good bedroom, where you can be lucky to get morning sun, comfortable double bed and finally you can look forward to a bright shower room with a neat, top-mounted bowl sink.
