Property information

This comfortable apartment was built in November 2023 and has completely new furniture and equipment. It is located in the Estella estate in Dominicus Americanus, Bayahibe. The air-conditioned apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the swimming pool and garden. Guests have at their disposal four swimming pools with salt and fresh water and sun loungers, surrounded by wonderful greenery. The facility is close to local restaurants, boutiques, shops and pharmacies. It will take you 5 minutes to reach the town center and 10 minutes to reach the beautiful public beach. The apartment has: a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom with a double bed and in the living room there is also a double sofa bed, a bathroom with a bidet and a washing machine. Luxurious amenities at this location include private parking with 24-hour security, high-speed Wi-Fi and a large 65-inch Smart TV; (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, HBO Max.) The rental price includes electricity, water and gas.
