Charming house located in a new urbanization, consisting of 3 bedrooms main bedroom with air conditioning the other with fans, it has a full equipped kitchen with everything needed to cook delicious meals, modern bathroom with hot water, living room with a 4K 55in tv with local cable channels, Fast internet with Wifi, Private driveway that fits up to 2 cars, the house is located in the upper part of town with breathtaking view of the sea and just minutes away from the center of town.
Guest most like the area is very quiet and has a private driveway with a gate for extra safety, house is located in the upper part of town you can view the ocean from the distance.
