Our beach house is a cozy 3 bedroom place located inside a guarded beachfront community. We are steps away from the sandy beach & awesome waves for surfing or jumping. Our house also has a shared community pool, kids pool, jacuzzi and communal area. We love coming to our beach house every year and hope you also will. You can see a video of the house and area on Youtube by searching for "Casa Azul - Playas, Ecuador". We currently don't have hot water.
I travel a lot for work and I am not always on site but we have a host in Ecuador that takes care of our place. I can be reached by email or by phone.
The house is inside a gated community so it is very safe. The town of Playas near by offers restaurants, a mall and nightlife. There are busses and taxis passing along the main road by the community front gate but the best way to get to and from town is if you have a car.
