Modern, elegant and spacious apartment located less than 1 km from the sea, the countryside, the mountains and the city. Newly renovated and fully equipped for short or long stays. It has two bedrooms, a spacious and cozy living room-kitchen and pantry, bathroom and terrace with incredible views of the Roques de Salmor.
With parking in front of the house, it has a restaurant and a cafeteria/sweet shop a few meters away. Very little noise in the surroundings since it is not on a main road, you can't hear cars but at the same time it is quite close to the center, supermarkets, banks and both close to and with views of the beach! a fairly quiet place in general.
