- Upon arrival, valid identification will be required for you and your companions. - The number of people in each apartment cannot exceed the maximum limit allowed. - The outdoor barbecue areas and the gastro club for dinners and groups can be reserved at reception. For an additional cleaning fee, these spaces are available for your private events in a special, well-maintained setting. - To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, parties are not allowed in the apartments.

- There is always someone available on-site to assist you 24 hours a day Our reception team, is available during the following hours: Monday: 09:00 – 21:30 Tuesday to Thursday: 07:00 – 22:00 Friday: 09:00 – 21:30 Sat. & Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00 Outside of these hours, a team member will be present for basic assistance (please note: English is not spoken then) - In case of early arrival, guests may leave their luggage at reception, subject to availability. - At check-in, a pre-authorization of 100E will be made on a VISA or Mastercard to cover any damage or theft of items from the property. This will remain active until departure from the property, after the accommodation team has checked its condition. - Keys or access cards must be returned to reception staff upon departure.
