Casa Patrick has 3 private balconies where the sun can therefore be found throughout the day. The property overlooks the Sierra de Carrascoy mountains and has many scenic views. The balconies are not overlooked by anyone so peace and quietness can easily be found if preferred or for those more energetic the property has access to 2 swimming pools.

Casa Patrick is in an ideal location within Covera Golf & Country Club and near to the bar/restaurants in Corvera Town. Murcia city with its many attractions can be reached in 15 minutes and Corvera Airport is only 7 minutes away, so ideal for those clients not wishing to travel too far from an airport. Likewise Alicante airport can be reached in an hour via A-7. There are also many other activities nearby such as hiking, horse riding , tennis and gym facilities in nearby town.
Whatever kind of holiday you and your guests require Casa Patrick has something for everyone.
