Don’t miss the opportunity for a comfortable stay in Valencia! Charming and cosy flat located on the second floor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen and a private balcony. The apartment is fitted with both air conditioning and a heating system for year-round comfort. Excellent location: Just a 4-minute walk to Mislata metro station, 20 meters to the nearest bus stop, and close to Mercadona, Consum, local markets, parks, numerous cafés and restaurants, and easy access to the V-30 motorway. Convenient connections: 10–15 minutes by bus to the city center Direct metro line to Malvarrosa Beach Direct metro or bus route to the airport Extras: Free street parking available.

Mislata is the really quiet area near the city center, with excellent common transport communications and good acess to motorway V-30. You can enjoy with a lot of parks and gardens nearby. In Mislata you can find a lot of restaurants, bars, night clubs, all you need for urban life.
