Finca Arboleda is our home and also offers a two bedroom detached villa and a one bedroom apartment which is joined to our house. They both have use of a beautiful 10 x 5 metre swimming pool. There are sun loungers around the pool and each property has it's own bbq and dining area. The garden of 5000 square metres is fully enclosed and has mature Olive, Orange and Lemon trees. During the winter months we may accept a maximum of one dog, a charge of 30 euros is payable on arrival, please ask before booking. Finca Arboleda is the ideal location for anyone looking for a quiet relaxing holiday. We are a 30 minute walk or 5 minutes by car to shops and bars and about 6Km to the beach. We are sure you will enjoy a holiday here as much as we have enjoyed living here since 2004.

We, Mick and Pirkko have lived here since January 2004 and have offered holiday accommodations since later that same year. Pirkko is Swedish and Mick is English, we met in Stockholm in 1996 where Mick was working. We moved to the UK in 2002 and after a few months decided we wanted to make a complete lifestyle change with a bit of sunshine as an added bonus. Spain was the choice, we looked at areas from the Costa Blanca all the way to the Portuguese border but kept coming back to the Costa Almeria area and Vera in particular which was more rustic and less developed than the other Costas.

We are perfectly located, 10 minutes to the beach and also to mountain villages. We are a few minutes from the motorway if you want to explore further afield either the Cabo de Gata and Almeria or up to San Juan, Aguilas and Cartagena and Murcia. Closer to home we have 4 golf courses, a water park and mini Hollywood, home of the Spaghetti Westerns, Go Karts and beautiful beaches. Lots of people just fall in love with Finca Arboleda's gardens, full of fruit and Olive trees and of course our wonderful Swimming Pool.
