Large and cosy apartment in Angel Guimera's Area, just 15 minutes from the heart of Valencia : the center can be reached in a few minutes even by bus, whose stop is located near the apartment. The 120 s.m. flat is composed of : an italian-design wide living room with an open kitchen provided with dishwasher, washing machine and a 55 inches Tv with Netflix; two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with a shower, the other en suite with a bathtub). The relaxing environment is characterized by hexagonal shapes which gift the spaces with a particular and modern signature. Heating system and air conditioning are available in all of the rooms; We also have one single bed and a crib for the youngests' needs. We also offer the possibility to use a parking spot, in a private space, with a little additional charge.
The bus stop to reach the city center is located just in the same street where the apartment is located. In the immediate proximities of the apartment you can find every essential service that you will look for, such as a supermarket (opened until 22 o'clock), different ATMs, restaurants of every level, farmacies and all the rest.
