The apartment is brand new! A total renovation has been carried out with high quality materials! The living/dining room is equipped with designer furniture from top brands, has a Smart TV, air conditioning, balcony and gazebo; Its luminosity is exceptional. The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast area and small terrace. All bedrooms have quality beds and complete wardrobes; They are exterior and have a balcony. The two bathrooms (one en suite) are equipped with eco-sustainable personal hygiene products: biodegradable and with low environmental impact. In order to minimize the environmental impact. if the rate for 1 or 2 people is selected, only the rooms necessary for the people indicated in the reservation will be opened and prepared. Optional full cleaning service (cleaning, change of sheets and towels) is offered from the 6th day of stay, upon request to the owner and payment by bank transfer.
