Wonderful apartment 10 minutes walk from the prestigious Puerto de la Duquesa with: - Terrace with sea view, - 4 large pools, - 2 bedrooms, - 2 bathrooms, - living room, - fully equipped kitchen, - tennis court (tennis rackets at your disposal), - boccia court. Additionally, you can find there free garage, air conditioning, heating and lift. Perfect place for vacations. The apartment is also registered in the Tourist Registry VFT/MA/18663.
From the terrace of the apartment you can see the sea perfectly. You can enjoy your coffee at sunrise when the colors of the sun and the sky are unique. Or for those who prefer to enjoy the sunset with a glass of wine it is also a perfect place :)
