Immaculate 2 bedroomed village house 92 m2. This comfortable accommodation is distributed on two levels. At street level you enter into a welcoming/open-plan living room/kitchen-dining room which hosts a quality fitted kitchen with a dining table and all the amenities required for preparing and cooking an enjoyable meal should you wish. There is also a relaxing sofa, a rocking chair and a TV. Wifi is available. There is a utility room on this level with a washing machine and fridge freezer. (Clothes hangers and an iron are available.) Also, on this floor is a charming dressing room with a hairdryer and towels located next to a modern fully-tiled bathroom that includes a walk-in power shower. The beautifully-tiled staircase leads up to bedroom one consisting of a double bed, bedside cabinets, large drawers, and a shelf hanger for clothes. Both Bedrooms have energy-efficient aircon heating/cooling units. Bedroom two consists of 2 single beds, a bedside cabinet, a wardrobe, and a drawer unit. The windows open to a quaint Juliet Balcony looking out onto the picturesque village houses below. You will also find from the second bedroom another amazing staircase leading up to a fabulous sun terrace with breath-taking views of Alora Arabian Castle and surrounding mountains. This really is something to behold. Here, you can take advantage of the warm evenings where there is lovely outdoor furniture for alfresco dining or to simply to sit and relax, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset.
It is the ideal place to do outdoor exploring and activities such as visiting Caminito del Rey, Bobastro Ruins or Caves of Ardales. Alora is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the tranquil village life in a beautiful, mountainous, friendly environment. There are so many amenities practically on the doorstep, many bazaar shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, health centre, gym, pizzerias, ice-cream parlours and café/wine bars. The gastronomy is exquisite and the house is located 5 minutes’ walk from one of the most fantastic restaurants in Alora “Casa Abilio” which is highly recommended
