This charming one-bedroom apartment is the perfect choice for couples or small families (max. 3 people) eager to explore the south of Tenerife. Located in the prestigious El Duque area, the interior features a spacious double bedroom (with built-in wardrobes), a living room with a sofa bed, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi, a full bathroom, and a separate, fully equipped kitchen. The terrace, accessible from either of the rooms, offers an outdoor dining area, a chill-out area, sun loungers, and partial views of the mountains or both the mountains and the Gran Costa Adeje Hotel in front. The complex, meticulously maintained, includes a heated pool area during the winter season, sun loungers (without umbrellas).

It takes about a 10-minute uphill walk to get back home from Playa del Duque. Of course, taxis are always at your disposal if you prefer that option, and you'll find they don't cost much! Additionally, at the El Duke Shop shopping center, you'll discover luxury shops, cafes, and restaurants where you can relax after shopping. Some places are even known for live sports events broadcasts. This shopping center offers private parking spaces for a fee, which is a good option as the property doesn't have a garage, but street parking is available.
