Beautiful villa with garden and terrace 200 meters from Port d'Alcudia beach. This beautiful semi-detached house for up to 10 people has a large garden with natural grass and large furnished terraces. It also has satellite TV and free wi-fi and it's two minuts walking from the Port d'Alcudia beach, on of the best beaches of the island of Majorca.

Neighbourhood information

The villa is located in a residential area you will find many restaurants, shops, stores or supermarkets. It also has very good communication with the area of ​​Can Picafort and Playa de Muro since there is a bus line that runs through these areas just a minute away. It is also near the Albufera Natural Park where you can stroll on foot or bicycle and discover the fauna and flora.
