Located in the beautiful area of Cala San Vicente and just a short drive from both Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Villa Mar Clara is just 300 m. from the stunning beach of Cala Molins in Cala San Vicente, as well as having numerous restaurants and snack bars also within a similar distance.The house has been reformed and finished in June 2022 with a high quality materials and respecting the new environmental energy regulations. The interior is spacious and bright, with modern furniture. All the rooms are at ground level (be note the upstairs is an storage closed by and not accessible). In the lounge-diner there's a comfortable seating area with and Smart TV, Air conditioning Cold and hot for cozy evenings on autumn or spring holidays or the hottest days of the summer. The modern kitchen has appliances including a dishwasher, an oven. There is also a utility room with washing machine. There are three pretty bedrooms, two bedrooms with twin beds, and another bedroom with double bed and en suite bathroom and a complete bathroom with shower. This is a perfect choice for families who want their own private villa and pool but also have the beautiful bay of Cala Molins.
