Access to the hotel and to the hotel rooms takes place by door codes, which will be sent to you no later than on the day before the arrival by a text message and by an e-mail. If you arrive between 20.00 – 06.00, also the access from the street to the staircase of the building requires a door code, which we will send to you together with the above mentioned hotel door codes.
Our hotel has no reception. Customer service is available by phone. You can be in contact with the customer service also via a chat function of a hotel tablet, which are in each hotel room.
