A studio apartment with a balcony right in the heart of the city. Everything you need in compact squares, 22m2. A well-equipped kitchen, where you can find the basic ingredients for cooking. Coffee & tea available for guests! The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 3-4 people, but ideal for two. Double bed (160x200) and sofa bed (120x200). Pillows, blankets, bed linen and towels are included. The apartment complex has an elevator. All services within walking distance. Parking space available free of charge. Please note that it is a private apartment, so the reception is only there by appointment. Please contact us in time about the check-in time.
