Lovely classic two-three-piece apartment located in heart of Nice Old Town. Five minutes walking to the center of the town, tram, beach. The area is one of the favorite locations for Nice and locals alike. Spacious 48 M, sleeps up to six. The apartment is fully equipped with a washer, oven, four-burner electric stovetop, refrigerator, high-speed fiber internet, and a large flat-screen TV with many premium stations including Netflix. The apartment has two bedrooms, a huge kitchen with a dining area for six people, and a spacious living room. There is one bathroom with a separate shower and toilet. The apartment is beautifully decorated with oriental carpets and fine art
I'm a retired educator /counselor and have lived in Nice for years. I was born in France, raised in the US, and have worked in international development and relief projects in Central America, Mexico, and Turkey as well as local projects in Bosnia and Kosovo. I speak English, French, Spanish, and German and welcome all of you who would like to experience the unique French lifestyle living in historic Old Nice just 5 minutes away from the beach, the park, the tram, and the chateau. The numerous restaurants, cafes museums, and beaches all welcome you this summer. I've also traveled extensively in Central America, Europe, the Balkans, North Africa, and Middle East regions as well. Besides traveling, my other interests include photography and history.
