Outside of reception hours, please proceed to the hotel entrance where a Room Automatic Distributor allows you to retrieve your room number and access code at any time.
To do this, have your reservation number and bank card ready for payment, then follow the instructions on the screen.
The access code to your room also opens the gate and the hotel lobby door if applicable.
