Magnificent luxury flat on the 9th floor with lift. With its 89 m2, this flat is ideal for 4 people. The 180° terrace offers panoramic sea views, a place to relax and contemplate. You can also take advantage of the private communal swimming pool to cool off. A bus stop is located at the foot of the building and takes you to the heart of Cannes and the beaches in 10 minutes. A private underground garage is available for a small vehicle (garage dimensions: W.2.10m - H.1.75m - D.5.20m). Free parking is available in the surrounding streets. CAUTION : A deposit will be requested at the time of booking via our financial partner SWIKLY. The amount will not be debited from your account; you will only be charged the handling fee. Your credit card spending limit will not be blocked and you will have free access to SWIKLY's photo inventory application, which will enable you to identify any damage on arrival. Russian, Ukrainian and American Express cards are not accepted, so if you are unable to pay the booking fee we invite you to ask a relative to pay the fee for you.
