On the ground floor: living room with open kitchen, pellet stove, lounge with fireplace where the bellows of the blacksmith Minetou, grandfather of the family, have been preserved, shower room with toilet, laundry room and toilet. Upstairs, large landing serving 3 bedrooms. One is equipped with a double bed (160 cm) and has a shower room with private toilet. Another is equipped with a bed for 2 people (160 cm), and the other with 2 single beds (90 cm). Shower room, separate toilet. In the countryside, in a residential hamlet, the house opens at the back onto a covered terrace and a beautiful flowered and landscaped lawn enclosure not overlooked. Every Wednesday morning, market in Saint Gence. The hiking and mountain biking trails pass through Senon and allow for very beautiful walks up to the Monts de Blond. Numerous water activities at Lake Saint Pardoux 20 km away.
