The house is an 11th century abbey that retains the original character but with a modern interior, including all appliances. At the front of the house there is a large gravel entry area with plenty of space for lots of cars to park. This opens up onto the front garden where there is a tennis court with red clay. At the back of the house, you can find the rest of the 5 acres of garden. Against the side of the house are two large outdoor eating areas and a coal barbecue. 700m2 main property ; 13 bedrooms (23 beds) ; 5 hectares of land ; large gardens ; clay tennis court ; TV (300 channels) with DVD player and DVDs ; Hi-Fi and Wifi ; etc. If you want to organize events or marriage, please inform us to review terms and price.

Located in Hodent, a village of 300 inhabitants, calm and peaceful. 3km from Magny-en-Vexin and all commodities. Hospital and pharmacies. Local market in town on Saturday morning. LEISURE ACTIVITIES: Aventure Land park, Astérix Park, EuroDisney (within 1H50's drive) ; the beach battlefields (Ohoma Beach, Utah Beach...) within 1H45's drive ; Deauville and Honfleur within 2H's drive.
