Discover this comfortable and functional studio, nestled on the ground floor of a charming building in a quiet and green area.
Perfectly located to quickly reach the center of Lyon, the Presqu'île or the station of Perrache by transport.
In the immediate vicinity: the Lyon Aquarium, the Confluences Museum and beautiful walks on the banks of the Saône.
The apartment includes the following amenities:
A bright living area with a bay window, double bed (140x190 cm), and storage furniture.
An open kitchen fully equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, dishes, cutlery, and cooking utensils.
A dining table with two chairs.
TV
A bathroom with shower, sink unit with storage, toilet, and towel dryer.
Blackout curtains at the window.
Orange Wifi (Note: TV is currently not working.)
The building also has a garden that you can enjoy during your stay for a peaceful moment.
Linen and Basic Supplies
Upon arrival, you'll find linen and basic supplies in the apartment.
Linen provided:
1 bath towel per person, per stay (please bring extra towels if needed)
1 bath mat for the bathroom.
Basic supplies:
3 toilet rolls
1 shower gel
Coffee capsules and tea bags provided for your arrival
A few cleaning products.
Please note: No oil, salt, pepper, or paper towels provided.

## The neighborhood
Nearby, you'll find a variety of activities and restaurants to discover. For a relaxing walk, head to Parc Chabrières, ideal for unwinding or picnicking. If you'd like to explore more, the Fourvière hill is easily accessible by public transport and offers stunning views of Lyon, along with fascinating historical sites. There are also excellent restaurants in the area, such as La Table de Suzanne: A welcoming spot to enjoy refined seasonal dishes with attentive service, and Le Café du Monde: A pleasant place to enjoy a varied menu, including vegetarian options, and a lovely terrace for sunny days.

Well-connected by bus, bike, and the Saône riverbanks nearby.
From Part-Dieu Station to the apartment: Take Metro Line B to "Gare d'Oullins," then transfer to Line 6 (direction Sainte-Foy, Place Saint Luc) and get off at "La Chenaie-Fontanières." The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the station.
From Perrache Station to the apartment: Take bus line 8 towards Oullins Clément Désormes and get off at "La Chenaie-Fontanières." The apartment is a 2-minute walk from the stop.
