A short drive away is a stunning lake with water activities, Swin Golf, Pedalo hire, mini golf, swimming, fishing and a beach bar that serves food and drink 7 days a week with fantastic views over the lake.
Ten minutes away is Bagnoles d’lorne the only Spa town in Normandy, set around a huge lake and park it is the perfect place to enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants, there is a casino and cinema, a Velo Rail for a fun way to see the scenary through the Andaine forest, hike trails, a Chateau and an outdoor lido swimming pool open May to September. The pool is heated to a constant temperature of 28 degrees
The Normandy landing beaches, Bayeaux and it’s amazing tapestry, the Caen Botanical gardens are all within 1hr 15 min drive.
