Large house located in the small village of Saint Martin, including two cottages (common entrance hall). Ground floor (some steps access): large clear and bright living room with kitchenette (sofa bed for 2 people), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed) (2 bunk beds for a person), bathroom, toilet, laundry. In front of the cottage, large terrace (100 sqm) shared with the 2 cottages with reserved picnic table for each one. Parking and garage on the spot.
