On the banks of the Lac de Serre-Ponçon it seems heaven on Earth during the 4 seasons. With a panoramic view on the Lake and the Alps staying at our apartment reveals as a unique experience. Ski areas in the immediate vicinity during winter time and a range of activities in and around the Lake in the summer,make our apartment a unique base and holiday paradise for everyone. Interested ? Apartment of 100 m 2 with outdoor terrace of 70 m 2 with direct views of the Lake. Spacious living room with open kitchen and seating area. All facilities present (dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, induction hot plates, coffee machine, washing machine, vacuum cleaner). 3 rooms with 2 beds in each. 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet + 1 separate toilet. Additional sofa bed in the living room. Tv and Wi-Fi. Air conditioning/heating and fireplace. Possible to rent garage in the building. Bath and bed linen can be rented via the reception of the resort. Exit cleaning services are compulsory and not included in the rent price and will be organized by the reception at the resort. The apartment is on the first floor ( elevator present).Pets are not desired. Non-smoking area . Open air swimming pool at walking distance in the domain.Private beach with access to swimming zone and floating pontoon.
