Fully equipped non-smoking mobile home comprising: - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (bed sheets not provided). The master bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. - Shower room with shower and separate toilet. - Fully equipped kitchen with 4 hobs, dishes, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, TNT TV, vacuum cleaner, towel dryer, and various amenities. - Outdoor swimming pool. - Playground for children. - Table tennis, petanque, multi-sport field, and outdoor gym available.
Venez rêver à la Cotinière, sur l'île d'Oléron dans ce bungalow à 150m de la plage. Vivez des moments détente à la piscine ( non chauffée ) et laissez vous séduire par le port à 500m : restaurants, bar, marché, poissonnerie, boucherie, boulangerie et nombreux commerces. Il y a également une fête foraine en été. Explorer l'île à vélo grâce à la piste cyclable juste à l'entrée et profitez du supermarché à 3km. Un petit coin de paradis vous attend.
