Cocoonr B&P offers you this charming 130 m² villa with swimming pool for up to 8 people in the commune of Gonfaron in the Var region of France. It is composed of a pretty living room of 50 m², a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy the pool and a garden of about 1 500 m². Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! On the ground floor : - A bright living room of 50 m², facing south, with TV and sofas. - A veranda, also facing south, equipped with a convivial dining table. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) - Separate toilet. Access to the terrace from the living room, the veranda and the bedroom. On the first floor : - Bedroom 2: master suite with queen-size bed (160×200) and its adjoining shower room with double basin. Access to the balcony from where you can enjoy the view from the chilienne. - Bedroom 3: a queen-size bed (160×200). - A relaxation area with a sofa bed (double). - A shower room with double basins and shower - Separate toilet. Other remarks : Swimming pool: South facing, you can enjoy a beautiful enclosed garden of 1,500 m² and a swimming pool (private, not heated, size 11x6). It can be used from May to October, under favourable weather conditions, and is equipped with an alarm system. Other remarks : - A totally independent annex located in the backyard of the house can be occupied by the owners. In this case, the parking can be shared. - 2 baby high chairs and one baby bed are at your disposal. - The whole house is air-conditioned. - A small camera films the entrance to the gate. The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the house for future visitors.
