Please note that towels and bed linen are provided. For stays of several weeks, towels and bed linen can be changed weekly on request. To do this, the weekly cleaning costs for stays of more than 7 days (between €48 and €288 depending on the accommodation), must have been effectively collected by us before your arrival.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of € 2,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
