This modern semi-detached house, freshly renovated in spring 2021, with a small, private garden plot, is located in a small residential area in the middle of Basse-Normandie in a quiet location. Rural atmosphere near beautiful coastal landscapes (4 km). All around you can go for wonderful hikes, discover the world-famous bay of Mont St. Michel or do all kinds of water sports. Activities nearby : The nearest major town, Granville, is also called the Monaco of the North. Here you will find an upper town with granite houses surrounded by ramparts, in the center numerous boutiques, restaurants, a casino and a thalassotherapy center A security deposit of EUR 50,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
